Their ATM machines are not reliable

Sometimes atm machines don't work well.

The attention of the workers was terrible, I was trying to fix a problem with a card, they did not want to assist me and they referred me to the app when the app sends you back to the bank. To make a payment at the ATM, the staff there did not want to help me and treated me in a terrible way.

I am grateful that the people who assisted me were very kind and answered all my questions. However, it took me more than 1 hour to upgrade to executive, and it wasn't until I asked for my turn. It is a large branch, it should have more staff, it is in bad taste for customers to take so long without there being much demand.

Little crowded, many ATMs and practicals. It is located in a safer area than other branches.
